THIS Contract for the Benefits Administration Outsourcing Services hereinafter referred to as (“Contract”) is effective upon Board of Supervisors approval and is by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and Secova Inc., with a place of business at 5000 Birch Street, West Tower, Suite 1400, Newport Beach, CA 92660, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
