This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of participation by the school entity named below (YOU) in the Policy Maintenance Program and, if selected, in the Administrative Regulations Program (“the programs”) of the Bent Creek Services (BCS). YOUR agreement to these terms and conditions is required in order for YOU to continue participating in one or both of these programs.
