The board of directors of Bertam ("Board") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SHSB, had on 8 January 2015, entered into a joint-venture agreement with Jumat to undertake the JV Residential Project Development (“JVA – Lot A Lands”), strictly conditional upon approval of the application for amalgamation, subdivision and conversion of the land titles in Lot A Lands from NT to CL Title or Town Lease land title.
