This Bi-Lateral Articulation Agreement in Communication Sciences and Disorders, a major in the Beaver College of Health Sciences, formally recognizes that Appalachian State University (ASU) and Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute (CCC & TI) are active collaborative educational partners, committed to providing greater access, options and educational opportunities and services for students between institutions. This commitment strongly supports the concepts of seamless articulation of transfer credit and assures that students from CCC & TI who complete the Associate in Applied Science degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant with grades of “C” or better in all classes will receive 66 transfer credit hours toward the Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at ASU. This program of study is available to students who intend to enroll either Fall or Spring and is effective beginning the 2016/2017 academic year.

This Bi-lateral Articulation Agreement in Architectural Technology & Design, a major in the Department of Sustainable Technology & the Built Environment, formally recognizes that Appalachian and Wilkes Community College (WCC) are active collaborative educational partners, committed to providing greater access, options and educational opportunities and services for students between institutions. This commitment strongly supports the concepts of seamless articulation of transfer credit and assures that students from Wilkes Community College who complete the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Architectural Technology with grades of “C” or better will receive up to 44 transfer credit hours toward the 120 hour degree requirement in the Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology & Design. This agreement is effective for the 2019- 2020 academic year. A summer or fall entry is recommended.
