This Bike Share For Business Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of subscription date (“Effective Date”) by and between Bicycle Transit Systems, Inc. a Delaware Corporation, the operator of Metro Bike Share (“BTS”) and the company or organization by which this Agreement is accepted below (“Company”) individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” WHEREAS, Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“Metro”) is the owner of Metro Bike Share and BTS operates Metro Bike Share on the Metro’s behalf.
