This Service Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is dated for reference purposes as of May 21, 2018, and is made between Neutron Holdings, Inc. DBA Limebike ("Limebike") and the City of Foster City, a municipal corporation and the Estero Municipal Improvement District, a Special District of the State of California. ("CITY/EMID"). Limebike and CITY/EMID may be referred to collectively as "Parties" or in the singular as "Party", as the context requires.
