This is your bill payer agreement with American Heritage Federal Credit Union (AMHFCU). You may use AMHFCU's bill paying service, Bill Payer, to direct AMHFCU to make payments from your designated checking account to the Merchants you choose in accordance with this agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are in addition to the Account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your Account (the Account Rules). "You" or "Your" means each person who signs the bill payer enrollment form or is otherwise authorized to use the Service and AMHFCU accepts as a payee.

This agreement governs the use of your Internet Bill Payer Service. By enrolling in Bill Payer, you the credit union member hereby authorize your credit union to make payments on your behalf by debiting the member's designated account and transferring the funds to the designated merchant accounts as indicated by the member via Internet Bill Payer. The agreements, rules, and regulations applicable to your checking accounts, savings accounts and other accounts, serviced by your credit union, remain in effect and continue to be applicable, except as specifically stated in this agreement.

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are in addition to the Account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your Account (the Account Rules). “You” or “your” means each person who signs the bill paying enrollment form or is otherwise authorized to use the Service. “We” or “us” means Eastern Utah Community Credit Union. “Merchant” means anyone, including Eastern Utah Community Credit Union, you designate and we accept as a payee.

You may use Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union’s bill paying service, Telco Bill Payer, to direct Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union to make payments from your designated checking account to the "Payees" you choose in accordance with this agreement. You may also at the credit union's option access Account and transaction information and order transfers of funds among your eligible Account(s). Not all credit union accounts are eligible for electronic transfers or bill payments using the Service. The terms and conditions of this agreement are in addition to the account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your account (The Account Rules).
