ContractBill Payment Service Addendum • November 25th, 2020
This Bill Payment Service Addendum (this "Addendum") is an Addendum to the Unifimoney Customer Agreement (the "Agreement") and sets forth the terms and conditions of the service (the "Bill Payment Service") that UMB Bank, N. A. may provide to Unifimoney Cash Program Customers who want to withdraw funds from the Program and initiate a bill payment from their Customer Account. This Addendum amends and supplements the UNIFIMONEY Customer Agreement and all Addenda incorporated therein (the “Customer Agreement”). The Consent to Electronic Signatures and Records provisions of the Customer Agreement apply to this Addendum. That means that this Addendum will become a part of your Customer Agreement with us when you accept them by clicking on “Agree” at the time you enroll in the Bill Payment Service, or when you use the Bill Payment Service for the first time. You must keep a current mobile telephone number and an active email address on file within the UMIFIMONEY Dashboard and with UMB.
