This Bill Payment Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the online Bill Payment Service (the “Service”) that Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A. (“we” or “us”) makes available to its customers (“you”) who have already enrolled in either our personal (consumer) online banking service or our business online banking service. To use the Service’s features, you must also enroll in the Service itself by accepting this Agreement. This Agreement is an Addendum to your online banking services agreement. In regard to the Service, this Agreement governs over any conflicting terms in your online banking services agreement.

This Bill Payment Services Agreement is between the University of Michigan Credit Union (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Credit Union” and “UMCU”), the financial institution providing the remote banking services, and each member who has enrolled in our Bill Payment Services and any person authorized by the member to use the member's Bill Payment Services (collectively, “you” and “your”). The terms and conditions of this agreement are in addition to the account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your account. You agree with us as follows:

Transactions begin processing four (4) Business Days prior to your Scheduled Payment Date. Therefore, the application will not permit you to select a Scheduled Payment Date less than four (4) Business Days from the current date. When scheduling payments you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is no later than the actual Due Date reflected on your Payee statement unless the Due Date falls on a non- Business Day. If the actual Due Date falls on a non-Business Day, you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is at least one (1) Business Day before the actual Due Date. Scheduled Payment Dates should be prior to any late date or grace period.
