This First Amendment ("First Amendment") to the Billboard License Agreement Between Broward County and CBS Outdoor, LLC, is entered into by and between Broward County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") and Outfront Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, f/k/a CBS Outdoor LLC, authorized to do business in the State of Florida ("Licensee") (collectively the "Parties"), and is effective as of the date that it is fully executed bgy the Parties ("Effective Date").
