This BING SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the effective date indicated in Table 1 below (“Effective Date”) by and between the Microsoft and Company entities listed in Table 1 below (each a “Party”, and collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement consists of this cover page; the Terms and Conditions; any Schedule; Exhibits; the NDA; and any Guidelines, including documentation, requirements, and policies referenced herein.
