This Bio-Solid Waste Disposal Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of December , 2013, and is made and entered into by and between Refuse, Inc. (“Company”) d/b/a Lockwood Regional Landfill, located in Lockwood, Nevada, (the “Landfill”) and The City of Sparks (the “Customer”) for the disposal of approximately 40,000 tons per year of Acceptable Waste from the Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility as defined in Paragraph 1 to be delivered by Customer to Company.
