This BiotechAccess Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Affymetrix, Inc., having its principal place of business at 3420 Central Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95051 ("Affymetrix") and Gene Logic Inc. ("Gene Logic"), having its principal place of business at 50 West Watkins Mill Road, Gaithersburg, MD, 20878, USA, each a "Party," and together the "Parties" to this Agreement as of January 1,2007 (the "Effective Date").
