THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between BlazerWorks, LLC (hereinafter “BW”) located at 5550 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 200, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 and Gilchrist County School District whose principal address is 310 NW 11TH AVE, Trenton, FL 32693 (hereafter referred to as “Client”). This Agreement shall govern the overall terms of the relationship and the parties agree as follows:
