The following terms and conditions shall govern if The Ebersol Lanigan Company, LLC (“Producer”), engages my (“Writer”) writing services pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Writer Employment Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "1," in connection with one (1) feature-length theatrical motion picture presently referred to as the “NFL FEATURE WRITERS PROGRAM BLIND SCRIPT DEAL SUBMISSION CALL" (the "Blind Commitment Picture").
