This SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS (this “Agreement”) by and between Blockit Now, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Blockit”), and the customer (“Customer”). Each of Blockit and Customer may be referred to herein, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
