This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is made and entered into as of the date approved by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange and is fully executed by and between, California Forensic Phlebotomy, Inc. with a place of business at 26012 Marguerite Prkwy, Suite H-235, Mission Viejo, CA 92692; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, Sheriff Department wih a place of business at 320 N. Flower Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92703, hereinafter referred to as "County," which may be referred individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
