This BOARD OF DIRECTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of this 5th day of March 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Context Therapeutics LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is expected to be converted to a Delaware corporation pursuant to a statutory conversion and change its name to Context Therapeutics Inc.
