This Agreement is entered into by and between the San Diego Unified School District of San Diego County, California, a public school district existing in the State of California having its principal business office located at 4100 Normal Street, San Diego, California 92103 (hereinafter referred to as “District”) and Harris Turner, Joint Venture, having its principal business office located at 750 “B” Street, Suite 1800, San Diego, California 92101 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
