This Project Labor Agreement ("PLA" or "Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of April, 2020, by and between the Illinois Capital Development Board ("CDB" or "Board") in its proprietary capacity, and each relevant Illinois AFL-CIO Building Trades signatory hereto as determined by the Illinois AFL-CIO Statewide Project Labor Agreement Committee on behalf of each of its affiliated members (individually and collectively, the "Unions"). This PLA shall apply to Construction Work (as defined herein) to be performed by CDB's Prime Contractor(s) and all Subcontractors of whatever tier ("Subcontractor" or "Subcontractors") on Project No. 825-030-075, Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville, Construct a Health Sciences Building, Madison County, Illinois (hereinafter, the "Project").
