The parties to this agreement are (Owner) and Bowsers, LLC (dba Bowsers By The Bay), a Michigan Limited Liability Company (Bowsers). The Owner and Bowsers agree to perform certain services and make certain promises pursuant to this agreement. The parties are further identified by the application form as completed by the Owner and attached and made part of this agreement as exhibit A.
