Meiners Animal Clinic requires Bordetella to be administered every year. If it hasn’t been done in the last year, it is in your dog’s best interest to have the Bordetella vaccination 14 days PRIOR to your dog entering the facility. If your pet(s) is dropped off for daycare without up-to-date vaccinations your pet(s) will be kept in quarantine away from the other boarding & daycare animals and you will be asked to update vaccines before returning. You may also fill out a treatment consent form to allow us to update those vaccines while your pet(s) is here with us.

The following are the terms of service for the stay of the Owner’s Pet as a guest of Lakeside Pet Retreat LLC. The Owner agrees that the Owner shall be solely responsible for any and all acts and behavior of the Owner’s Pet while in the care of Lakeside Pet Retreat LLC including payment of costs for injury to staff or other Pet guests or damages to facilities caused by their Pet.
