The Vessel must be controlled at all times by the holder of a current, valid boat license unless the Vessel does not require a license to be operated under WA law, in which case the Vessel must be controlled at all times by a driver listed on the Rental Agreement. All other state marine licensing rules apply and You are responsible for ensuring that the boat is operated in a manner that complies with those rules and this agreement. You are responsible for all occupants on the boat and their actions.
