This Temporary Boat Launch and Retail Concession Agreement ("Contract") is entered into on June 28, 2015, by and between PORT SAN LUIS HARBOR DISTRICT, a harbor district formed pursuant to California Harbors and Navigation Code section 6000 et seq. (hereinafter called “Landlord”) and Brent Lintner and Delmer Kyle dba Port San Luis Boatyard (collectively hereinafter called “Concessionaire”). Together the Landlord and Concessionaire are known as the Parties.
