day of , 20_1 6_. PCYW does hereby agree to maintain storage for the Vessel at its facility at 450 Fleitas Avenue, Pass Christian, MS 39571 (the “Facility”). The storage of the above mentioned Vessel will be in a C overed or Uncovered location-Select One (the “Storage Space”) and is subject to the terms of this Boatyard Storage Agreement. It is also agreed that this Agreement is subject to the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto and made a part hereof. In executing this Agreement, the undersigned acknowledges that he has read, understands, and agrees to the Boatyard Storage Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions.
