The undersigned, herein referred to as “Cardholder,” hereby opens a Bobcat Card Account (also referred to as a CatCash Account), herein referred to as “Account,” and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Account will be administered by the Bobcat Card Office, located in the Maxwell Student Union.
