THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED BOND PLEDGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of November 2, 2012 (hereinafter, as the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented, called this “Bond Pledge and Security Agreement”), made by and among MGPI PROCESSING, INC., (formerly known as MGP Ingredients, Inc.), a Kansas corporation (the “Pledgor”), COMMERCE BANK, (formerly Commerce Bank, N.A.)
