Interest Rate The Bonds bear interest on their principal amount (i) at a fixed interest rate of 1.75% per annum from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date, payable for the first time on 19 June 2018 (first short coupon) and thereafter annually in arrears on 19 June in each year, for the last time on the First Call Date, and thereafter (ii) at the Subsequent Fixed Interest Rate for each Subsequent Fixed Interest Rate Period as determined by the Principal Paying Agent in accordance with Condition III 1.2 of the Terms of the Bonds, payable annually in arrears. Each Interest Payment Date is subject to the business day convention set forth in Condition III 6 of the Terms of the Bonds.
