‘‘(A) In the case of a person described in subparagraphBonus or Special Pay Agreement • September 18th, 2019
‘‘(B) A person referred to in subparagraph (A) is a per- son who, during the period beginning on October 1, 1992, and ending on the date of the enactment of this Act, would have qualified for an agreement described in sub- paragraph (C) with the Secretary concerned had the amendments made by this section taken effect on Octo- ber 1, 1992.
