This Contract Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Books and Non-Print Library Materials, and Related Ancillary Services Contract No. 55000000-20-NY-ACS (“Contract”) is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and Cengage Learning, Inc. (“Contractor”), with its principal place of business located at 200 Pier Four Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210; collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
