This Agreement is between you, the Boost Beyond Cardholder and Axiata Digital eCode Sdn Bhd (“Boost”), the Issuer of the Boost Beyond Card, and binds you to the terms and conditions governing the use of the Boost Beyond Card (which may include but is not limited to provisions in respect of the Financial Services Act 2013, Bank Negara Malaysia Foreign Exchange Administration Rules, Unclaimed Money’s 1965 Act (revised 2002) (UMA) and provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Act 2001), as well as other laws being in force which may be applicable on products and services that are enjoyed by you, which may be provided by Boost partners or authorised third parties.
