We the undersigned (“Exhibitor”), having read and agreed to the terms and conditions of exhibition, including those set forth on page 2 of this Agreement, wish to reserve and contract with inPower Events, owner and operator of It’s Just Yoga Festival for exhibit space (the “Booth”) for the Central Florida It’s Just Yoga Festival on 03/6/2022 (the entire event hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) at Lake Eola Park in Downtown Orlando (the “Venue”).

BOOTH COSTS INCLUDES: Only a “spot on the ground the size of a parking space per spot will be provided. Spots are 20’ by 10’ Space renters must supply tables, chairs, protection from the sun/rain, electricity if needed etc.

We the undersigned (“Exhibitor”), having read and agreed to the terms and conditions of exhibition, including those set forth on the back of this Agreement (Attachment A-Terms & Conditions), wish to reserve and contract with KVFG-FM owner and operator of radio station KVFG-FM (“CBS Radio”) for exhibit space (the “Booth”) for the HOT ROD HALLOWEEN FALL FESTIVAL on Saturday, October 28, 2017 (the entire event hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) at Hesperia Civic Park Plaza (the “Venue”).
