BOPDHB, a Crown owned entity established under the NZ Public Health and Disability Services Act 2000 ("the Act"), is responsible for the planning, funding and provision of health and disability services to the population of its geographic area. In discharging its responsibilities BOPDHB collects and holds information on clinical practice, health services and individual patients’ care.
