The parties to this Branch Manager Employment Agreement are American Financial Network, Inc., hereinafter referred to as AFN or COMPANY, and , hereafter referred to as EMPLOYEE or BRANCH MANAGER. EMPLOYEE desires to operate a Branch office for AFN (at the location set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement), is registered according to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) (EMPLOYEE’S NMLS # ), and shall operate under the applicable state, regulatory authority, or agency.
