MCE, a California Joint Powers Authority, seeks a qualified branding agency to create a fresh, compelling brand identity for MCE that: increases customer engagement, positions us as a credible source of information in the clean energy ecosystem, is flexible enough to work across multiple applications and appeal to multiple audiences, and provides room for our continued growth and the evolution of our services. The high-level deliverables for this agreement are: brand research and insights, potential renaming, and a refresh of MCE’s brand voice, identity, and design.
