Austin Landing 3657 Rigby RoadBridal Party Contract • July 11th, 2021
This contract is required for wedding parties consisting of 2 or more people. Please be aware that this is a contract that requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. The complete cost of all the bridal party services will be quoted upon completion of the contract. Prices are subject to change as your attendants may change their styling needs (add a service). A non- refundable deposit of $200.00 is required at this time. The deposit may be used towards bridal services the day of the wedding. You will have up to 1 month before the wedding to make any changes to appointments or services. Changes must be made through wedding coordinator. The full fee of any appointment not kept after the deadline will be applied to the credit card on file.

In order to hold your appointments, we have enclosed a contractual agreement. Our payment policy requires a 50% deposit of total services to hold the appointments for your wedding date.

I, agree to give 48-hour cancellation for myself or anyone in or with my wedding party, or I forfeit the deposit. If someone in my party is booked for more than one service and changes their mind the day of, I am responsible for paying for the service regardless if it is received or not. I can add or eliminate services up until a month before the wedding.

The complete cost of all the bridal party services will be quoted upon completion of the forms. Prices are subject to change as your attendants may change their styling needs (add a service). A non- refundable deposit of $200.00 is required at this time. The balance will be processed on the day of the service and the deposit applied to the total. The full fee will be processed for all appointments not kept or changed without a 21 day notice of cancellation. For on location weddings there will be a $10.00 fee added to each service.
