This Power Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Winslow Thayer (“Customer” or “homeowner” or “you”) and Sunrun Installation Services Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its successors and Assignees (“Sunrun” or “we” together with Customer, the “Parties”, each a “Party”), as of the Effective Date for the sale and purchase of all electric energy generated by a solar photovoltaic system (the “Solar System”) to be installed on or at your home located at 24 Hazelmoor Rd Yarmouth, MA 02664 (the “Home”).
