THIS BROKER BACK OFFICE DATA AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between TELLURIDE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE, INC. (“Telluride MLS”), a Colorado corporation, a licensed real estate broker or brokerage firm and a Participant or Subscriber in the Telluride MLS (“Participant”), and (“Vendor”). (Participant and Vendor are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “Licensee”).
