The terms and conditions set forth below apply to each Broker Framework Agreement executed between Vela Trading Systems LLC (“Vela”) and a “Broker”, as that term is defined in the respective Broker Framework. The term “Agreement” as used herein refers to each separate Broker Framework Agreement so executed by Vela and a Broker together with the terms and conditions set forth below.
