This Contract is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department), with offices at 4050 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0950, for the benefit of the Department of Transportation (FDOT, Insured) and Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. (Contractor or Broker of Record), with office at 8333 NW 53rd Street, Suite 600, Miami, FL 33166, collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
