This registration form must be received by Beth Rose Real Estate and Auctions, LLC and Loss Realty Group, LLC 48 hours prior to any viewing and day of auction. The Broker/Realtor must attend the Auction with the Client. Client must also complete and execute a Bidder Registration Card the day of the Auction and submit a deposit per the Terms & Conditions posted on the brochure. A fee of 25% of collected commission shall be paid to an Ohio Licensed Broker at closing whom has properly submitted a Broker/Realtor Registration form and whose registered Buyer’s offer(s) is accepted by the Seller and closes on the property(s). Broker/Agent is not required to attend the closing. No Oral Registrations will be accepted.
