On this 1st day of April, 2015, the Office of Risk Management, hereinafter sometimes referred to as “ORM”, the Board of Supervisors of the Louisiana State University and Agriculture and Mechanical College, hereinafter sometimes referred to as “LSU”, collectively ORM and LSU are hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the State”, and Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc., 235 Highlandia Drive, Suite 200, Baton Rouge, LA 70810, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Contractor”, do hereby enter into a contract under the following terms and conditions.
