It replaces and supersedes all other TOBA in existence between you and us unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. This TOBA will enable us to work together in a mutually profitable way. As the agent of the Client or Policyholder you must ensure that the Client or Policyholder discloses all material facts and circumstances to us which may affect our underwriting of the insurance policy or our pricing of any risk covered. You must also ensure that the Client or Policyholder is fully aware of and understands the terms and conditions of their Policy so that they are able to fulfil all their obligations under the Policy and claim any benefits due to them. We want to ensure tha all our Clients and Policyholders receive and obtain the highest possible standard of service. We recognise that you have an important role in providing expert advice, guidance and quality service to Clients and Policyholders.
