This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Bank will provide the Customer investment services to maintain Customer’s Investment Account and facilitate the receipt, and transmission to the Independent Broker, of the Customer’s Orders. The Bank provides the Customer with the ability to buy or/and sell Instruments, including fractions of shares (i.e. fractional shares), on a non-advised basis, and transmits the Orders received from the Customer to the Independent Broker for clearing, execution, and custody.
