Brooks Chapel (hereinafter referred to as “Chapel”) is available for rent from the Town Council of the Town of Brooks, GA (hereinafter referred to as “Town”) for use by the residents of the Town and the general public, subject to the terms and conditions set for in this Rental Agreement and the Rules and Regulations, attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. Rental of the Brooks Chapel shall include the use of Hardy Hall, subject to the terms and conditions set for in this Rental Agreement and the Rules and Regulations, attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. The Town of Brooks, for the purposes of renting Brooks Chapel, shall serve as the Rental Agent for the Town.
