The Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) is Agreement on commercial building development on waqf land one of the models of partnership synergy between Nazhir and third parties (investors) in managing and utilizing waqf land productively. Nazhir cooperated with investors as third parties who funded and built commercial buildings on waqf land in the allotted time according to the agreement with profit sharing, which the end of the building was fully handed over to Nazhir.
