This Agreement is entered into as of May 1, 2012 (Effective Date) and will end on December 31, 2012 or completion and successful testing of new system, by and between the State of Delaware, Department of State, Delaware Veterans Home, (“Delaware”) and Contractor (“Building Systems & Services, Inc.”), a Delaware corporation with offices at 1504 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19805.
