Cleveland Avenue, Loveland, CO., 80537 with a local office at 10720 Caribbean Boulevard, Suite 650, Cutler Bay, Fla., 33189 (hereinafter referred to as the ("CONSULTANT"), and the City of Doral, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, having its principal office at 8401 NW 53rd Terrace, Doral, Florida 33166 (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY").
