This signed Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) serves as the binding agreement between the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”) for participation in the NYSERDA/New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (“HPD”) Future Housing Initiative (“Initiative”), in accordance with the terms in this document and the FHI Program Description. Under the Initiative, NYSERDA provides funding and technical assistance to high-performance all-electric multifamily buildings that will achieve Passive House Certification that are financed through HPD’s New Construction Programs.
