This Sublease, as stated above, is actually a sublease that is subordinate and subject to the Standard Lease Form, dated July 10, 1998, as amended by that certain Amendment to Lease Amendment No. One dated March 1, 1999, that certain Amendment to Lease Amendment No. Two dated August 24, 1999, and that certain Amendment to Lease Amendment No. Three dated December 15, 1999 (the “Master Lease”), by and between DGS, as lessee, and Maguire Properties – Park Place, LLC, as successor-in-interest to Jamboree LLC, and hereinafter called the “Master Lessor.”
